| Keterangan*: | Maximum the Ultimate Organizer We are fast growing Entertainment Event Organizer in Bandung for Corporate Event, Wedding, Sweet Seventeen, Rave Party, Gathering, Concert, Exhibition and Special Event needs committed individuals to fulfill below challenging position: Project Officer Responsibilities: • Planning and Organizing Events • Preparing mailing process / announcements to be send to client • Planning room layouts and the entertainment program, schedulling meeting • Identifying and securing master ceremony, vendor, talent or special guests • Coordinating staff briefings within the project • Organizing and coordinating the production of supporting tools, infrastructure, posters, baggage with production staff • Make sure that on the day of the event going smoothly • Filling and organizing paper works, letters and documents that related to the events Requirements: • Male/ Female • Age 22-30 years old • S1 / Diploma from any academic field • Experiences at least 1 years as Project Officer • Excellent in communication and negotiation skill • Able to work under pressure • Can work in team also individual with minimum supervise • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung. • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Entertainment/Performing Arts or equivalent. • Full-Time position(s) available • Can join immediately Should you have what it takes to be part of our team, please send your CV along with a recent photograph to : hrd@ultimate-maximum.com www.ultimate-maximum.com |
